When will the honeymoon be over?

I ask myself that question at least a couple of times each day. Some Americans are so enthralled by the fact that they don’t have Bush in office anymore that they just don’t care what’s going on. Anything has to be better than when Bush was in office, right? Wrong. The economy has gotten worse. Unemployment continues to rise. The administration is going to install a cap and trade system on carbon emissions that will, in effect, be the most oppresive tax on middle and low income Americans that they have probably ever seen. There are plans to change the entire global monetary system and our government is going to lead the way on it.

A question: What the hell are you doing America!? You definitely aren’t paying attention to what’s going on. Even the current President of the EU, Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek, is fuming about what Obama and his administration is doing, not just to the US economy, but to the world economy. He told the European Parliament that Obama’s massive stimulus package and banking bailout “will undermine the stability of the global financial market.” http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,510445,00.html I’ve been wondering for some time whether that’s what our President really intends.   I think he’s just so inexperienced and so naive that he thinks that you can fix any problem if you throw enough money at it.  Sometimes that works.  But it never works when the government does it.  We don’t need the government to take our money by levying higher taxes just to repackage the money in a so-called “stimulus package” and give it to those they deem worthy of spending it to stimulate the economy.  How about instead of going around the horn with my money just to give it back, the government just leave my money with me in the first place!

I hope this honeymoon is over soon.  I’m not used to being bent over this much.

Are you kidding me? Now he gets to rule the internet? My bank? My money? How about we just put forth a bill that renames the USA, Obama Nation! Unbelievable!
